Cancellations
Return Of Software - General Information
1. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return.
3. Return of initial order will cancel the Affiliate's activation and position in the Affiliate Compensation System. Any commissions paid to returnee during the first 30 days will be deducted from the return refund.
4. Damaged or defective software may be cancelled for replacement only and is subject to inspection.
RMA Required:
1. The products being returned must be linked to a specific order placed on a MyNet Universe Affiliate's personalized web site.
2. The products must be returned within the 30-day return period, and must be returned within two weeks of the RMA being issued.
3. The Customer Service representative will instruct the returnee to include the RMA on the item being cancelled. The Affiliate or Customer's name, ID number, order number, and a list of the products being returned should be included with the return.
