        MyNet Universe General Tasks

New User Activation

Here are a few helpful suggestions as you are activating your licenses:

The first license should be for your use.

The other licenses, depending on the package you purchased,* should be saved to either sell or give away permanently.

Do not assign a username or password to those licenses until sold or given away, since the passwords can be changed but the usernames are permanent.

Do not use the other licenses unless you are sharing them with family, giving them to friends or selling them to a customer.

*Premium (2 unlimited user licenses) and Premium Plus (5 unlimited user licenses) Bundle of Licenses.

To Activate:
  1. Go to your web site and at the top click on the Setup License button.
  2. Fill in Your Affilite ID# and Password that you selected when enrolling.
  3. In the left column click on ADD USER
  4. Click on Setup User
  5. Your "display name" is what you want to be "displayed" when you are logged in and in a meeting. This can be changed within the MyNet Universe application by logging in and clicking on File --> Settings --> Other.
  6. Your User Name is what you want "that license" to be named. It has to be a combination of letters and numbers and must be at least 3 characters in length. It is permanent and cannot be changed!
  7. The password can and should be different from the password you enter your site with. It is a password for the License. It can be changed!
  8. Complete the form.
  9. The user is then activated.
